Please allow 1-5 days from your order being received for your purchase to reach you.

All packages sent will be on a tracked service. You will be emailed the tracking details once your order has shipped.
 

Combined Orders

Combining multiple orders is a great way to save on shipping costs; just fill in the "combine order" section at check out. 

Please Note: If the previous order has already shipped it will not be possible to combine the order, and additional shipping charges may apply to the new order.

 

Partial Shipping​

If part of your order is not available for shipment we will give you the option to do a partial shipment.

Orders received after 4pm will be posted on the next business day.

Stock management

Wherever possible we work with local NZ distribution partners to ship your order direct from their warehouse.

This way we can ensure you have the latest versions of products at all times. 

Based on demand we will stock certain ranges of products to ensure availability and best pricing.

 

For products we are unable to source from local distribution partners, we will buy stock from an overseas distributor to ensure we have stock on hand ready to ship.

 

(Products stocked in our warehouse will have a stock quantity number visible.) 

Backorders  
While we try our best to ensure the stock status is up to date on the website, there may be some instances where stock status doesn't match actual stock levels.
For any backorder situations we will get a firm ETA from our distribution partners and inform you of the delay along with options for order fulfilment (or in certain circumstances, refund of the price paid - for more details please see the "Returns and Warranty" page below).
