Returns Policy

There maybe the rare occasion that you make a genuine mistake when purchasing an item if this happens you may request to return the item for an exchange or refund.  

We include all information to help you make an informed decision when purchasing a product from our site an strongly encourage you to research the product you intend to buy.

Returns

All returns must be notified within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all accessories and manuals the product was shipped with.
Please Note: A 25% restocking fee applies for all returns. (25% of the purchase price including GST)

Returns Process

To return an item please email Customer Service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Number. 
After receiving an RMA number, please package your item in its secure original packaging along with the return form provided, and mail your return to the shipping address provided in the email with your RMA number. 
Please Note: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend you use a trackable service.

Refunds and Exchanges

After receiving your item and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return or exchange has been processed.

Exception

Change of mind - We will not give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase. 
Warranty claims or damages during the shipping process. For these types of return, please see our Warranty section below.

Warranty Policy

All products sold come with a manufacturer's warranty of at least one (1) year.

Each manufacturer has different terms and conditions within their warranty policies. We strongly recommend you review the warranty policy for the specific manufacturer of the product you have purchased or intend to purchase. (Links can be found below)

 

To make a a warranty claim please send an email to [email protected] along with the following information:

  • Your order number. 

  • A detailed description of the fault.

  • Any device specific information e.g. serial number.

Once received we will review your claim and work with the manufacturer to lodge a warranty claim on your behalf. 

Please Note: Allow seven (7) days for your request to be processed.

In many cases it can be quicker for you to deal directly with the manufacturer. Please see below for a list of the support numbers for all manufacturers we work with.
